How to fall out of love with what you do - a six step plan
Spend too much time doing it. Even your favourite dish will soon become one to avoid if you dine on it every. single. meal, every. single. day.
Overthink it. Your muscle memory knows far more than your anxious brain does on most occasions.

Tip the see-saw in obligations favour. Nothing sucks the joy out of something more than treating it like homework’s heavy handed enforcer.
Stop marveling at your progress. Endless days playing catch up to all the things you should do never allows you to appreciate your efforts.
Think someone else’s six step plans will save you.
